I'm trying to finish this. But... AFAAAA I want your help, you guys.

Contrary to what she says, there's a reason for the
'stupid, idiotic' things he does 'that causes her to want to strangle him.' And he wanders when she'll come to realize all of them.
For example,
The reason he clings to her in the morning, moaning about how he refuses to get up, and how he'll be damned if she's leaving him is
because it's the best thing in the world to pull her close and forget about life outside their sunny little haven, where he can wrap her up in his blankets and his arms and make her forget about everything that she always tells him she wants to fix in life. He figures it's about time she shuts up and enjoys herself, anyway.
The reason the breakfast he makes is always burnt and a little inedible is
<u>b</u>ecause pancakes are the only thing he knows how to make, and he would never in a million years let anyone – especially her – see him try to fiddle with making breakfast. So he sets the oven to the highest it’ll go and hopes to god he can finish it before she gets out of the shower. When she tells him she’ll just make breakfast next time, he tells himself to force her into the shower again next morning so he can beat her to it.
The reason he snatches her books out of her hands whenever he catches her reading is
<u>b</u>ecause he’s convinced himself he’s the only thing she should be so absorbed in. After all, she can’t communicate with the book, can she? The book doesn’t hug her and kiss her and tangle its fingers in her hair and besides, the book only has one story to tell. He can make up as many stories as he wants. So really, she should paying far more attention to him.
