 yes yes i am retarded and have spent the night reading about luxembourg (what i have dubbed haley for hetalia, i guess ) and then it's relationship to prussia. EVEN AFTER LUXEMBOURG BITCHSLAPPED FRANCE AND BELGIUM IT STILL LET PRUSSIA RULE because prussia provided some damn good security. after russia ate prussia, luxembourg became friends with france again. how funny.
